Normally I don’t make two posts in one day, BUT… today was a worthy posting day!
First, we had the weird, windy, crazy storm. It turned out to be pretty sad, as it didn’t last long, and we didn’t even accumulate enough snow to take the skidoo out! Caleb was a little disappointed. BUT…
Jody went with Caleb in the truck down to Aaron’s shed, and hopped on our trike, and drove it back over the track (trail behind our place). And Nathan, sweet darling Nathan, who was too scared to even get on the trike while it wasn’t moving the other day, despite being excited, finally did today after MUCH encouragement, and starting very slow
I’m not sure, but I think he had fun coming back from his first spin out to the track and back with Dad… what do you think?

While Daddy and Nathan were off doing their trike thang… Caleb and I realized that the snow was absolutely PERFECT for making snowmen (or snowpeople, to be more PC about the whole thing! lol), so that’s just what we did!

Nathan and Daddy came back from their second trip to the track, having gone a little further than the time before, and I decided to ask Nathan what he thought
Then, while Caleb and Jody went for “Caleb’s turn”, Nathan and I made another snowman!!! The snow was SO amazingly perfect for this!!

After they returned, I asked if Nathan wanted to zip down on the trike with Dad to go pick up the truck from Aaron’s shed
He, of course, jumped at the opportunity! The jury is still out on who was having more fun.

While they were gone on their truck retrieving mission, Caleb had another mission of his own. This time, it was to make a “baby snowman”, which later became the Caleb snowman.

I then got a close up and personal interview with my ham, I mean my sweet Caleb, who introduces us to the snow family, and tells us his thoughts on snow day
And, our poor skidoo, sits there, awaiting another snow day when HOPEFULLY we get enough snow to actually take it for a spin

All in all, a great snow day. Lots of fun was had by all! Can’t wait for the next one

Nathan’s helmet was on CALEB’S head, and Jody never put Nathan’s on. Yes, I will give him shit for you
But to be honest, Nathan was SO scared to even get ON the trike… that for the most part, they never left 1st gear, and if you’ve ever been on a big red, you know that is, well, BARELY MOVING lol
